Antonella and the rest of the reception staff were excellent, they went the extra mile to help us in any way they could. The room was a reasonable size and we had 3 single beds to accommodate 3 adults without one having to be on a sofa bed. They are able to provide a taxi service at a reasonable price and at very short notice so if you need a pick up to and from the airport I would recommend asking the hotel to arrange it for you.

This specific hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. First of all, its staff is extremely polite and always ready to help and provide solutions. The room is spacious, and its cleanliness is on another level. Its location is ideal, conveniently close to the city center and the train station. While it might not have a restaurant, you can be served by excellent establishments in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it

Excellent location, not right in Historic center but a very easy walk to get there. Beautiful lobby, lovely room and bathroom. Room had a safe and a small frig. Very updated and clean. Front desk sold vouchers for the Hop On Hop Off bus right there, also provided map. Very good breakfast.

Great looking hotel, very friendly staff. All the furniture was new and the rooms were quite big. I announced the hotel we'll be arriving with an EV and when we arrived we found a reserved spot in the underground parking with our name on it and an EV charger. Very nice touch.

I loved the lounge at the entrance, my room was beautiful and very clean. The shower was large enough so you could move around and weren’t constantly hitting the walls. Breakfast had a lovely variety of food, and the staff were very helpful.
